These terms cover your use of unostudio.design (the "site"). The site is run by UNO Studio Limited, a company registered in Nigeria ("UNO Studio", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.
1. What these terms cover
These terms cover the website only. Any design or product work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
2. Estimates and the Abdul chat
The chat on this site is an AI assistant that speaks on Abdul's behalf. Prices it gives, and any price elsewhere on the site, are rough estimates only. They are not offers, quotes or commitments. A binding price only exists in a written proposal or agreement from UNO Studio. The AI can make mistakes, so please don't rely on it for anything important without confirming with us.
3. Using the site
You agree not to:
- break, overload or try to get around the site's security, including our rate limits
- try to make the chat reveal its instructions or internal information, or behave in ways it's not meant to
- scrape the site or its content automatically, or use it to train AI models, without our written permission
- send spam, malware or unlawful content through the contact form, chat or file uploads
- pretend to be someone else, including UNO Studio staff
We may block access to anyone who breaks these rules.
4. Our content
The site's design, illustrations, text, code and the UNO Studio name and marks belong to UNO Studio. You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content without our written permission.
Client names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners. They're shown to describe our work, with permission, and don't mean those companies endorse anything beyond that work. Statistics on the site reflect our records and our clients' public reports.
5. What you send us
You keep ownership of anything you send us, such as briefs, files or messages. You give us permission to use it to reply to you, prepare an estimate or proposal, and run the site. Please send only material you have the right to share. We'll treat your brief as confidential.
6. Our products and other websites
The site links to our own products (such as KnowYourTax) and to other websites. Each product has its own terms. We're not responsible for websites we don't control.
7. No guarantees
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free or up to date.
8. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, UNO Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including reliance on an estimate or on the chat. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Nigeria.
